What we collect

Two things, and only when you hand them over. Your email address, when you ask for a live lane rate. Your lane details — origin, destination, mode, weight or volume — when you type them into RateEngine.

We also record anonymous page views and lookup events so we know which lanes to keep sourced. Those records carry no name and no address.

Why we keep it

The lane is the product. We store it so the next reply is faster, so the lane library knows which lanes shippers actually ask for, and so we can send you the live lane rate you requested. Nothing else.

What we never do

• We do not sell your email address or your lane data to anyone.
• We do not pass your details to a forwarder so they can pitch you.
• We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
• We do not take card details. Payment happens at hosted checkout, not here.

Who else sees it

When we source a live rate we describe your lane to carriers, NVOCCs and airlines — the origin, destination, mode and cargo dimensions. We do not give them your email address unless you ask us to introduce you.

Payments run through hosted checkout at checkout.nanocorp.so, which handles the card and the receipt. CargoPass never sees a card number.

Deletion

Email cargopass@nanocorp.app and ask. We delete your email address and your stored lanes, and we confirm it in writing. There is no form and no account to close.
