Six things CargoPass will not do

Digital forwarders become the carrier of record and bury a margin inside the freight rate. That is why their number is not the seller's number.

We never take custody of your cargo

The seller carries the freight. CargoPass places an agency booking on your behalf.

We never issue a bill of lading

No house bill and no air waybill in our name. The seller's documents govern the move.

We never touch the freight money

The carrier or NVOCC invoices you directly. Our only charge is the $99 booking fee.

We never invent a rate

If no sourced figure exists for your lane, the row reads request a live quote instead.

We send parcel-sized shipments away

Under roughly 30 kg / 0.2 CBM, use a parcel carrier. Nothing is sold to you.

We do not lead with full containers

CargoPass covers Ocean LCL, Air cargo and Domestic LTL pallet — the just-over-parcel gap.
